The ranch is owned by the Terry family, who raise hay and stable retired show jumping horses on the property.  The land features 85 acres of open pastures and wooded mountains.  Gus Creek and Petty Creek flow through the property.

Wildlife is everywhere in the Petty Creek valley;

Elk, White Tail Deer, Mule Deer, Moose, Big Horn Sheep, Bears, Mountain Lions, Foxes, Coyotes, Bald Eagles, Osprey, Owls, Grouse, Wild Turkeys, Otters, Mink, and Beavers.
